Retired Treasures

All Retired Treasures sales are final.

Retired Treasures are retired, discontinued, and often one-of-a-kind items. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.

I do my best to accurately describe and photograph each item, including its condition, so please review the product description and photos carefully before purchasing.

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me promptly through the Contact page so I can help resolve the issue.

Digital Tutorials

Because digital tutorials are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all digital tutorial sales are final once the digital content has been delivered or accessed.

If you have trouble accessing your purchased tutorial or receive the wrong file, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.

Classes

Cancellation and refund terms for classes will be provided in the individual class description at the time of registration.
